Library Assistant II

Minimum Qualification and Experience

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

  • Must have three years’ relevant work experience at the grade of Library Assistant III or in a comparable position;

  • Diploma in Library studies or Information Science or equivalent qualifications from accredited examination body:

  • Proficiency in computer applications; and

  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
