Libraries Weekend Supervisor

Waimakariri Libraries have an opportunity to join our team as a Libraries Weekend Supervisor, working at Rangiora or Kaiapoi library. Supporting a welcoming, professional, and responsive library environment this role delivers dynamic front-line services and includes working with our community to:

• access and download our eBook collection on their digital device
• navigate online courses to get their career to the next level
• recommend or finding their next great read
• help with the delivery of fun and engaging programmes and events for all ages
• ensure our amazing collections are accessible and look engaging

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the skills and empathy to support a diverse range of people in their use of the library’s spaces, collections, services and technologies.
