What You Will Be Working On
- Manage daily library operations including handling enquiries, overseeing loan services, cataloguing new materials, and maintaining collection records and loan tracking systems, plus stocktaking.
- Handle procurement processes for subscriptions including obtaining quotes, gathering user feedback, processing renewals, and managing related documentation.
- Curate and manage digital resources by uploading e-resources to the organisation's digital repository and maintaining email distribution lists for publications.
