Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 VMWare Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sydney, Australia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of our organization's VMware virtualization infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including vCenter, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines
- Perform VMware infrastructure upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Implement and optimize storage solutions, including SAN and NAS technologies
- Configure and troubleshoot networking components, such as VLANs, routing, and firewalls
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Contribute to the development and implementation of virtualization best practices
