MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, additional technical certifications (CCNA, CCNP/equivalent) or related field (preferred)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Experience in a technical support role

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently & collaboratively Familiarity with ticketing systems & CRM software
