Our client is a well-established global organisation with offices across Australia and internationally. They are committed to supporting their employees' growth and providing a collaborative work environment.

They are seeking a strong Level 2 Support Engineer to join their IT team on a 6-month contract with the potential for permanency. This role will cover both BAU and project work, based on-site 5 days a week across their Mascot and Sydney CBD offices.

Your tasks/responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the processes of incoming calls to the Service Desk via telephone, e-mail, self-service portal, walk-in, event management, to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues.
  • Coordinate and / or perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing / deploying hardware, configuring systems and applications.
