  • Exposure to a mix of Level 1–2 work, AV technologies, meeting room systems, deployments, and cross team collaboration.
  • A great environment for building deeper technical capability, handling real world incident management and developing stakeholder management skills.
  • Sydney CBD based most days with flexibility to work in Paramatta or North Sydney or Sydney CBD to offer support across NSW.

Who we’re looking for?

  • An experienced IT Support Analyst with capability operating at a Level 1 to 2 standard within a professional corporate environment.
  • Relevant IT qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in IT, Diploma of IT, Microsoft or other vendor certifications) and/or equivalent practical industry experience.
  • Strong technical proficiency across Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, end user devices, peripherals and basic networking fundamentals.
