About the Role
Role Overview
We are seeking a Legal Associate with 3–5 years of experience to support the legal function in managing commercial contracts, maintaining compliance standards, and enabling business teams through structured legal guidance. This role will work closely with senior legal stakeholders to ensure contracts and processes align with organizational risk frameworks and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing, drafting, and redlining client and vendor agreements under supervision, ensuring alignment with internal templates and policies.
Identify basic contractual risks and escalate complex issues to senior legal team members with preliminary analysis.
Support compliance checks relating to confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, and regulatory requirements.
