About the Role The job will be mainly responsible for providing legal consultation in areas such as commercial law, sales and purchase transactions, procurement contracts, and various other legal issues under Brazilian law, particularly tax compliance, labor compliance, leasing, advertising compliance, and marketing regulations. Reporting to the General Manager of South America and at the same time being under the administrative management of the Legal Department of the Chinese headquarters.
