Role Overview
The Legal Operations Associate is a key member of the Legal team, responsible for driving operational excellence, improving process efficiency, and enabling technology‑driven transformation across the Legal function. This role will play a pivotal part in the implementation, optimization, and governance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, drive adoption of AI and as well as supporting broader operational initiatives such as privacy tooling, compliance platforms, consent management integrations, and cross‑departmental workflow improvements.
