Position Title:  Legal Operations Associate(Global Corporate Governance Support Team)

Team Overview: The Global Corporate Governance Support (GCGS) team provides corporate governance oversight of JPMorganChase’s subsidiaries and legal entities. The team ensures that the firm’s subsidiaries adhere to corporate governance obligations, regulatory and legal requirements, and internal policies and procedures. Additionally, GCGS monitors the timely and accurate submission of statutory filings globally. By coordinating with internal and external partners, the team facilitates communication and reporting to uphold the firm's governance standards.

Position Overview: This role is focused on supporting the NAMR, EMEA and/or LATAM region by ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements, as well as managing governance tools and processes.
