Job Description and Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal contracts, letters of agreement, or all legal documentation.
Registering business data and certification documents e.g., Company Registration, Shareholders’ list with government sector. 
Providing legal advice to ensure that the company’s business operation complies with relevant laws and regulations.
