Legal Manager

Position Summary

The Legal Director will serve as the senior legal lead for the Offshore Business Project Engineering Center, overseeing legal matters across Singapore and Korea.

This role will provide strategic legal guidance in support of EPC/EPCI offshore projects, ensuring robust contract governance, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and cross-border legal alignment between the two jurisdictions.

The position will work closely with executive leadership, project directors, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Contract Governance

• Lead legal review and negotiation of EPC/EPCI contracts, subcontracts, consortium agreements, and vendor agreements
• Advise on commercial risk allocation, liability exposure, LDs, indemnities, and dispute resolution mechanisms
• Support tendering, bid clarifications, and contract finalization
