Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and international contracts; ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and international best practices while proactively identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Provide comprehensive legal advisory support to the Company and its affiliates, with particular focus on HR and labour law matters, including employment structuring, disciplinary actions, terminations, workplace disputes, and cross-border employment issues.
- Advise on labour and employment frameworks in multiple jurisdictions, including exposure to UAE and other international legal regimes, ensuring compliance with applicable employment and corporate laws.
- Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to the Company and its affiliates across contractual, regulatory, labour, data protection, and governance matters.
