About the Role
The Regulatory Compliance Analyst supports the day-to-day import and export compliance operations. This role ensures adherence to internal procedures and external regulations by executing screenings, validating documentation, and maintaining compliance databases.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Perform Restricted Party Screening and Dynamic Screening for global transactions.
+ Assist in import and export audits, including basic document comparison and data review.
+ Maintain Import/Export classification databases (HS/ECCN).
+ Request and track Certificates of Origin (COO) from suppliers.
+ Conduct post-payment validation and assist with Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) support.
+ Review antiboycott language and flag potential issues.
+ Perform due diligence checks related to Checkpoint Holds.
+ Assist in ODS screening and internal list (Grey List) maintenance.
