Legal Executive

The role is responsible for overseeing a broad range of legal and compliance functions to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key duties include drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements and legal documents; conducting legal research to provide timely and accurate advice to management; and developing policies that strengthen compliance and risk management practices. The position also supports dispute resolution processes, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration, while serving as the main liaison with the Group Legal Department, external legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role maintains strict control over legal documentation and delivers training to management and employees to promote legal awareness and best practices across the organization.
