Reporting into the General Counsel, in this broad role you will provide comprehensive legal support to ensure continued business growth. The successful candidate will provide pragmatic, high-quality legal support across a wide spectrum of matters relating to the company’s services and products.

About the Role

As Legal Counsel you will be responsible for providing legal support to the business. Key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including Development Agreements, Manufacturing and Supply Agreement, Joint Venture agreements and other related commercial contracts.
