Legal Counsel

The company is a PE-backed business operating in the energy sector , creating a new category and entering a critical phase of growth following the successful completion of its Series B funding round .

Legal is moving from founder-led, external support to a formal, scalable, in-house capability . This role will institutionalise how legal is done, shifting from reactive advice to repeatable, system-driven legal support that enables growth while maintaining strong governance and compliance.

This is a foundational hire for someone who wants to build the legal operating model that supports enterprise customers, complex counterparties, and international expansion.
