**About this role**

This role has primary responsibility for Diageo TW business under the Greater China hub.

+ Be an effective and pragmatic legal and business advisor to TW management team by understanding the business closely and building great relationships with key stakeholders in both the Diageo business and third-party relationships.
+ Proactively manage day to day legal affairs for Diageo TW business including but not limited to drafting/negotiating commercial contracts, reviewing marketing and advertising promotions, dealing with commercial disputes, trade practices issues, and litigation.
+ Provide efficient and commercially relevant legal and compliance support to Diageo TW. Provide input and key supports in Corporate Relations, Finance, HR, Sales, Supply and Marketing teams. Acting as a business advisor to participate in the strategic decision-making of the company.
