About the Role
- Help with contract drafting, contract reviews, and the use of business best practices.
- Offer legal, contract, and business services and guidance to clients throughout the Eastern Hemisphere.
- Help with (public) tender packages upon request from operating personnel in the Eastern Hemisphere.
- With the approval and guidance of Senior Legal lawyers, Eastern Hemisphere, assist in managing the roles and costs of outside lawyers in the region.
- Partnerships in business and compliance (30%)
- Keep a close eye on compliance-related matters in the Eastern Hemisphere and, when necessary, seek assistance from the Chief Compliance Officer, Compliance Paralegal, additional global legal team members, and/or outside counsel.
- Create, create, and carry out legal and contract programs in accordance with the guidelines the team has supplied.
