Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company’s various departments, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage global trademark portfolio
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements, contracts, and other legal documents for the business units within the group
• Research, evaluate and provide legal advice to the stakeholders on various issues that may arise
• Ensure agreements and operations comply with laws, regulations and internal policies
• Manage external parties including but not limited to external counsel, agents, authorities
• Subject matter expert for legal related issues
