Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel (Flexible PQE) – M&A & Strategic Transactions

A leading Asia-Pacific digital infrastructure and real assets platform is seeking an experienced M&A-focused in-house lawyer to support group-level transactions, strategic investments and corporate initiatives across the region.

This is a pure transactional role with exposure to acquisitions, joint ventures, platform investments and corporate structuring, working closely with senior management, investment teams and external advisers. The role sits at the group level and supports transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions, with a particular focus on growth, scale and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal support on M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and minority investments
• Advise on joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and strategic partnerships
