Legal Counsel, Projects/EPC/Construction (4-10 PQE) - Digital Infrastructure

Our client is a well-established and fast-growing digital infrastructure platform with a strong regional footprint. As the business continues to expand its development and construction pipeline, it is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to support complex infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle.

This role is well suited for a projects-focused lawyer seeking to move in-house into a technically sophisticated, high-growth environment , working closely with commercial, engineering, and project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across digital infrastructure and data centre projects , from development through construction and into operations
• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, construction, consultancy, supply, and other project-related agreements
• Advise on risk allocation, variations, delay claims, defects, and dispute avoidance in active projects
