Legal Counsel, Private Equity Funds (1 year contract)

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered private equity firm with a strong track record of investments globally. As part of their continued growth and fund activities, they are looking to hire a Legal Counsel on a 1-year contract basis to support the legal team. Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the General Counsel and working closely with the investment and finance teams, you will play a key role in supporting fund-related matters including fund formation, review and negotiation of LPAs and side letters, coordination with external counsel across jurisdictions, regulatory compliance and ongoing investor-related documentation.
