Responsibilities for this Senior Legal Counsel - Oil and Gas

• Provide comprehensive legal advisory and support to the Trading business, ensuring commercially sound and legally robust outcomes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including shipping, trading, and operational agreements
• Lead or support dispute management and resolution relating to trading and shipping matters, safeguarding the company's commercial interests.
