Responsibilities
Draft and participate in the drafting, review and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts, including supply contracts, service contracts, purchase or sale agreements, licensing agreements, real estate leases, confidentiality agreements, etc;Provide legal advice and opinions in various matters related to the company's activities, including applicable legislation and regulations;Participate in the identification of risks and the development of legal solutions for special projects, particularly in connection with the expansion of operations into other countries;Collaborate w...
