**The job**

To support the operations team in mitigating risks across a range of areas with particular emphasis on EMEA region

**Key Responsibilities**

+ An interesting and varied role to support the Operations team at AVEVA.
+ Reports to our Global Head of Employment but will also include supporting across other legal areas.
+ Provide employment support to HR in the EMEA region focusing particularly in the UK and Continental Europe.
+ Support will include employee relations matters, employment projects and some limited TUPE support.
+ Opportunity to get involved in commercial disputes, particularly in EMEA, supporting our Legal Director who manages this area.
