Legal Counsel - Energy Finance, Singapore

Our client are a well established operator and developer of oil, gas and renewables assets with a substantial commodities trading operation sitting alongside this. They are looking to recruit a lawyer as Senior Counsel - Energy Finance for their growing Singapore office.

You will lead on a broad range of finance matters including energy asset finance, corporate finance and structured trade commodities finance in multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate is likely to have 8+ years of professional experience leading finance transactions. They will be qualified in either a common or civil law jurisdiction. Candidates with both energy finance and commodities finance experience across any product are particularly desirable. Experience of oil / gas / mining deals would be advantageous. Candidates outside of this range and profile will be considered.
