About the Role

Description
 :This role will provide legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters throughout the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with a strong emphasis on Mainland China. The role will operate out of the Company’s Shanghai Office. This role requires operating with a high degree of autonomy while receiving strategic oversight from a U.S.-based employment attorney. The position is a critical business partner to our Human Resources and business leaders in the region, providing pragmatic, commercially-focused counsel in a fast-paced environment. 
What You’ll Be Doing
Regional Employment Expertise: Advise on the full spectrum of employment law issues, with specific focus on employment agreements, compensation agreements, performance management, employee relations, reductions in force, and contingent labor.
