Job Description
The Legal Counsel position reports to the Associate General Counsel, EMEA and supports not only all ADM business units active in Poland but also the Agricultural Services & Oilseeds business unit (“AS&O”) in the EMEA region. It is an unlimited full time position.
provide capable, business oriented and timely advice on legal issues affecting the ADM businesses and its respective joint ventures in Poland, the AS&O business in EMEA and such other relevant businesses on an ad hoc basis and foster integrity in the daily routine and interactions with the business.identify, assess and mitigate proactively legal risks for the business.work in close contact with commercial management and be the first point of contact for the daily legal matters Your Key Responsibilities
