Overview

Legal Counsel — Location: Boon Lay; Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days; Working hours: 8am to 530pm; Salary: ($5,500-7,000) Open to Negotiation

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other documents; and render legal advice
• Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues
• Handle the setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices as well as the closing or liquidation of such set up
• Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as oversee the progress of their work
• Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal matters
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
