Legal Counsel

Scope and Purpose:

We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Counsel to provide comprehensive legal, compliance, and data privacy support across multiple entities and jurisdictions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal advisory, governance, and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Counsel: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (customer, supplier, service provider, subcontracting and public tender). Provide legal advice on corporate governance, HR, procurement, and operational matters. Conduct legal research and risk analysis to support business decisions.
• Compliance Counsel: Implement and monitor compliance and regulatory frameworks across subsidiaries in line with global standards.
