We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support on product and transaction matters , with an initial focus on digital asset mining and investment-related work . The role reports directly to the CEO , and key stakeholders include business teams involved in mining, financing, and investments .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on mining-related matters , including advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support on transactional matters , including financing, equity, and shareholder agreements.
