About the Role
We’re seeking a Legal Counsel (Digital Asset Derivatives & Trading) to support our Singapore legal function across commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters — with a strong focus on derivatives and financial markets documentation for digital asset trading and market-making activities .
You’ll work closely with Senior Legal Counsel across a multi-entity group structure with counterparties including leading institutional crypto trading firms, blockchain foundations and regulated financial institutions.

- Draft, review, and negotiate ISDAs, CSAs, digital asset derivative agreements, NDAs, and other trading documents.
- Support structuring and execution of OTC derivatives and structured transactions.
- Identify and escalate regulatory issues under MAS, VARA, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank frameworks.
