Legal Counsel (Corporate, Commercial & IP)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support the company’s corporate, commercial, regulatory, and intellectual property matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role will work closely with business, product, and regional stakeholders to ensure legal compliance while enabling commercial growth, particularly in a technology / gaming environment.

This position is ideal for a lawyer with strong law firm training, hands-on in-house experience, and proven capability in cross-border transactions, data privacy, and IP enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Commercial

• Support and manage corporate transactions, including investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and internal reorganisations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, service agreements, licensing and vendor ...
