Xtransfer B.V. is a rapidly growing Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licensed by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). We are looking for a senior Legal Counsel to serve as the legal backbone of our Dutch operations.
Unlike a standard corporate counsel role, this position sits at the intersection of commercial growth and strict financial regulation. You will not just "review contracts"; you will navigate the regulatory perimeter of the Wft and PSD2, manage complex outsourcing arrangements, and serve as the guardian of our corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory & Product CounselingAct as the primary legal advisor on Dutch financial regulations (Wft, Wwft, PSD2), translating complex regulatory requirements into practical business advice.Review new financial products and features to ensure compliance with DNB requirements and consumer protection laws before launch.Manage regulatory inquiries and maintain a constructive relationsh...
