Who are we looking for?
Recently, there has been an increase in demand for lawyers with commodities and trading experience, and we are looking for legally trained and qualified individuals with the following attributes:
- 5 years’ PQE and above
- Experience with Commodity Trading and Risk Management solutions across the Commercial Function
- An understanding of Metals, Bulk Commodities (IO/Coal), Oil and Gas
- Experience in providing support on general legal and risk aspects of the business, covering both financial and physical commodities.
- Experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of legal documents – including trade finance transactions and derivatives documentation.
