Overview

As a Legal Associate, you will assist with general legal tasks, focusing on contract management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory research. This role provides support to senior legal staff on disputes and contract drafting and contributes to the management of intellectual property and compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, focusing on compliance with local and international laws.
• Provide legal research on regulatory changes related to data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law.
