Responsibilities
- Work on the most exciting legal issues, proactively assess legal risks and advise on real estate products.
- Negotiate, draft, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements including agreements to sell, project promotion agreements, joint venture agreements, MOUs, lease corporate resolutions and related documents and deeds.
- Manage legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
- Monitor proposed and existing legislation and other changes in the legal environment or industry practice affecting the organization and advise senior management accordingly.
- Evaluate and advise appropriate legal courses of action to meet the needs of the company and its business.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties, creating relations of trust.
