Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.Advising senior legal team members on all aspects of commercial transactions, as well as various laws and regulations affecting the company's businesses.Collaborating cross-functionally with business partners to understand requirements and ensure consistency of agreement terms with the company’s business, financial, and risk management objectives.Conducting legal research and drafting legal memorandums to support relevant business activities.Being able to drive strategy discussions.Handling multiple ongoing matters without continuous supervision.Being capable to do any other duties as assigned.
