Key responsibilities

• You will be involved in the full spectrum of cross-border corporate M&A and transactional work for global corporations, UHNW business families and conglomerates, and household names in Singapore and internationally, with a focus on the life sciences & healthcare, consumer goods & retail and technology sectors.
