About the Role
A dynamic AI legal tech startup in Zurich is seeking an Applied Algorithms Engineer. This role involves building the retrieval and ranking backbone of their legal research platform. Candidates should have strong experience with search systems, proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, and the ability to work with LLM-based products. Offering a competitive salary of CHF 8’000–13’000/month based on experience and a collaborative team environment. Hybrid work model available with an on-site presence required at least 2 days a week.
