You will be responsible for:
Legal Advice: offering guidance on a wide range of commercial matters, procurement, employment, compliance and corporate governance;
Legal Document Management: drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of legal documents, including procurement contracts, commercial agreements, venue hiring contracts, employment matters, product licensing agreements, publications agreements, marketing materials, IT contracts, property management and security contracts, and agreements related to ticketing, merchandise, event and programme;
