About the Role
Become a vital part of Ledcor's HR team as a full-time Recruitment Coordinator. This hybrid role focuses on managing pre-employment processes for new hires, ensuring they are ready by Day 1.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance through onboarding. Your responsibilities will include guiding candidates through all pre-employment requirements, maintaining communication, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You'll thrive in this high-volume environment, taking ownership of your tasks in coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for new hires and rehires
• Guide candidates through pre-employment timelines
• Respond to candidate inquiries and escalate as needed
• Coordinate hire-on activities in Workday and CannAmm
• Facilitate daily reporting to HR and business units
