Leasing Manager - (Visayas)

Overview

Primarily focused on leasing out of the projects to deliver occupancy targets of Mall Offices. The role also includes periodic review and recommendation of process improvement in Leasing to optimize the Department’s performance and productivity. Liaises with Mall Offices' Program Management and Office of the BU Head in strategizing the expansion projects. Location: Pasay, on-site.

Qualifications

• 8 years in experience in the Corporate Real Estate industry with adept lease negotiation, operations, account and property management.
• Business Management Graduate, preferably with basic knowledge on Real Estate and Philippine Civil Code.
• Clear and dynamic communicator with strong persuasive negotiation skills.
• Competent in contract review backed by knowledge on Philippine Civil Code and Real Estate laws.
• Good corporate governance to drive the Department’s performance.
