Leasing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee and manage the leasing operations of our commercial and/or residential properties. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for achieving occupancy goals, maintaining tenant relations, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring all leasing activities are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day leasing operations and ensure all units are leased in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
• Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants.
• Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements in compliance with company policies.
