Mission

To manage all leasing-related activities by advertising our properties, communicating promptly with prospects and tenants, screening applicants and executing new rental agreements.

To minimize vacancy by placing qualified tenants as quickly as possible.

Scorecard

• Advertising & Marketing: Ensure all vacant and soon-to-be vacant units are advertised
• Goal: 75% of vacant/notice units are advertised every week
• Follow up with all pre-qualified leads and confirm showings through Tenant Turner.
• Goal: 20% of pre-qualified leads scheduled for property showings.
• Harvest and encourage Google Reviews from new tenants and prospects.
• Goal: 3 unique Google review links shared per week or 1 new 5-star review weekly.
• Screen applications, process approvals/denials, and manage application fee refun...
