Based at our Sydney Head Office with office and home working, this role is perfect for an experienced paralegal or lease administration specialist who thrives in a high volume, high quality documentation environment and enjoys partnering closely with stakeholders across a complex property portfolio.

What You Will Do

• Provide expert advice and transaction management support for leasing documentation across our Town Centre portfolio.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalise high volume leasing documents to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment with Stockland’s risk framework.
