Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and skilled Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils within our school.

This is a rewarding role requiring someone who is calm, flexible and committed to supporting children to access all aspects of school life. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO, providing support for pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and within the classroom environment.

This role may involve working across different year groups, including Early Years and Key Stage 2, depending on the needs of the school.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide individualised support for pupils, including 1:1 and small group work, to enable access to learning and full participation in school life.
