An alternative education provision in Basingstoke is seeking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 within a Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) setting. The provision operates as a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) and short stay school, providing a structured and supportive environment for young people who require additional behavioural and emotional support to access learning.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils both in and out of the classroom, contributing to the delivery of tailored learning programmes and promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
